Step 1 - Open the Daily Checklist
Step 2 - Go to File in the top left corern and click "Make a copy"
Step 3 - Name your document "Jeff's Daily Checklist"
Step 4 - In the top left green box, change the date to the 1st day you will start
Step 5 - Customize the list to be things you do every single day
Step 6 - Print this sheet out
Step 7 - Track your daily activities and begin building new healthy habits!
